Contour Deformity and Asymmetry are not that uncommon following liposuction. This site was built in the hopes of better educating patients on the vocabulary of their deformity so that they can better discuss the problem with their surgeon. Also provided is a basic discussion of the options for correction.

Last year around ½ a million liposuction procedures were performed by Plastic Surgeons a small percentage performed by Dermatologists and by non-ABMS boarded "cosmetic surgeons"
